Daniel's Summit is a winter recreation heaven. Winter camping, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ski tours are common in this area. Daniel’s summit is a mountain pass near Strawberry Reservoir and Strawberry Ridge. The terrain is composed of large meadows and gradual hills. Daniel’s Summit is beautiful, relaxing, receives a ton of snow, and is relatively safe during times of extreme avalanche danger.

To reach Daniel's Summit, travel south out of Heber City on Highway 40. Drive 16 miles, and you'll see the Daniel's Summit Lodge on your right. From here you'll find a network of trails ranging from 1 mile to 40 miles.
